Sandile Jerome Tshabalala

Planet Maverix CC (2009/181270/23), is a 100% BB-BEE black-owned firm specializing in architectural design,construction supervision and project management services. With a solid foundation and 20 years of industry experience, we are committed to delivering high-quality, innovative, and sustainable architectural solutions.

Sandile is the driving force behind Planet Maverix. With over 20 years of experience in the field, Sandile has a profound understanding of the architectural landscape. He holds a B.Tech in Architectural Technology and a Certificate in Practical Project Management from Unisa – SBL. Sandile is a Professional Senior Architectural Technologist (PrSArchT) and a member of the South African Council for the Architectural Profession(SACAP Reg No: PSAT24750833).<
Professional Experience

Various Architect Practices as Associate and/or Partner(2002 – 2021): Professional Senior Architectural Technologist.

Key Projects and Contributions

 
Public Schools
  • Designed and developed modern educational facilities that provide conducive learning environments. 
Clinics 
  • Planned and supervised the construction of healthcare facilities to ensure they meet the highest standards of medical care and patient comfort. 
Parks  
  • i. Conducted condition assessments of     community parks for upgrades 
  • ii. Conducted condition assessments of cemetery facilities and memorial spaces for upgrades.

  • Designed and managed the construction of various residential projects, from single–family homes to multi-unit developments, focusing on functionality and aesthetic appeal.
